There is a no return policy on personalized items. Make sure to order the correct size. Please inspect your order and contact me within 48 hours if your items are damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and there is a restock fee. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so please contact me with any concerns.

Error in Order

If something is wrong with your order, please contact me with a picture of the problem in the email.

 

Turnaround Time

Items will ship out within 5-7 business days of order date as long as the item is in stock. If there is going to be a longer delay, I will contact you. If you need your item sooner, there will be a rush charge.
